What is STEM?
The acronym STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. Though each of these areas has existed in schools for quite some time, they were usually taught independently from one another. As you all know, right now in our schools and most schools, these specific content areas are taught in silos...separate from one another. The push in schools now is to incorporate them together to help make our students more competitive in today's global society.
